The Grovites4Life, Incorporated was founded in 2023 as a nonprofit organization to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, that drive economic/business development that maintain the history of the West Coconut Grove Community including collaborations with organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

The Corporation shall not engage in any activities that would be inconsistent with its tax-exempt status.

Our purpose is to promote and preserve the Historic West Coconut Grove Community by advocating and supporting collaborative efforts between organizations, encouraging business development, and providing educational opportunities for our local youth.
